A New York City police officer who had just gotten off duty was fatally shot late Thursday night in East Harlem by a fellow officer who mistook him for an armed criminal, Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly said.

I can’t say that I am surprised… But this hit home for me; it could’ve easily been someone very close to me who’s stationed at a Harlem precinct (actually that looks a lot like him in the picture above). It saddens me that the victim was recently married with children… he was considered dangerous/a threat to the officer who killed him simply because he was a Black male, running… Without his uniform he was just another criminal in the eyes of his fellow officer… Another loss of a life just begun…
May he rest in peace. My prayers go out to his family.

I know I said I was done posting for the day but, I had to do this.
So, I’m guessing that Kanye felt bad for his “little sis” Rihanna and all the bad press she’s been involved with lately. Whatever the reason, Ye decided to make the video to his song Paranoid (a song which deserved a much doper video) all about Robyn. And even though if I got my a** whooped up on like she did I’d be a lil’ ‘noid too, I just don’t get why this ended up being a RihRih montage. I’m sorry but this vid gets two black eyes thumbs down and a resounding eatthecakeannamae-whomp!whomp! from cyu.
I wonder if Robyn was thinkin’ back to the good-times-gone-bad that occurred the last time she was in a sports car when she’s sitting in that toy lambo. She just seemed to be lost in thought there. what? just wondering, dang.

Before I end today’s posting, I had to clap it up for the retired soldier in Guandong Province who was just sick of the bullsh*t… and by bullshi*t I mean people needing an audience to contemplate suicide. I completely feel him: try to kill yourself on your own time dammit. Tyin’ up traffic and ish because you want to stage a personal pity party. If you were really gonna do it, you woulda done it before the press and po-po showed up. punka**.

The man tasked with steering NASA through difficult transitions and pointing the space agency boldly towards the stars will be a former astronaut who has piloted the space shuttle. On Saturday, President Barack Obama announced his long-awaited nomination for NASA administrator: Charles F.
